Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals. The candidate should have confidence in selling website development, digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and related IT services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed business deals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

  • Coordinate with the project team for smooth delivery and client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT or Digital Marketing).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to understand digital services and explain them to clients.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and responsible.
