1. Advance Payments
All services require advance payment. Once a project is initiated, the payment is non-refundable.
2. No Refund on Digital Services
Due to the nature of our services (website design, development, SEO, digital marketing, ads, etc.), no refunds will be issued once work has started.
3. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels a project after work has begun, no refund will be provided for the completed or ongoing work.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:

Work has not started, and

A written request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
5. Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third-party services (hosting, domain, ads, tools, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
